Returns & Exchanges

At Embassy London, we want you to be completely enamored with your unique footwear; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of receipt. All items must be in their original, unworn condition and include the premium packaging provided at the time of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the unworn shoes back into their original Embassy London box and secure them inside a protective shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and retain your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
